the copyright of all images rest with sarah bailey
no prints/images may be copied and images must be ordered from sarah bailey, and not taken from a back up copied disk,prints, publishing, broadcast/tv.
The entire copyright in the Photographs is retained by the Photographer at all times throughout the world.
ownership of materials
Title to all Photographs remains the property of the Photographer.
cancellation
cancellation charges will apply.
50% up to 7 days before the event takes place.
75% within 7 days of the event taking place.
If the work is cancelled on the day the full amount of the agreed rate will be due for payment.
Payment
50% of the sitting costs will be paid at the time of booking. The remainder will be paid on the date of the sitting.
print orders are to be paid for at time of order and will be delivered up to 3 weeks from date of order subject to clearance of payment.
